FAQ'S

How much does shipping cost?

All our online orders ship from our fulfillment center in Miami - Florida.

We have a $20 flat rate for US orders,  $35 flat rate for international orders and free shipping on orders over $600.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All deliveries require adult signature.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping on all of our items.

Some of the countries outside the U.S. may charge taxes, custom duties or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by the carrier service. When shipping internationally, Sparkle Society  will not be responsible for any delayed deliveries due to import issues. All the charges that are incurred on a refused delivery as well as the cost of the return of the package to Sparkle Society  will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due the value of the packages they requiere adult signature upon delivery to ensure your pieces are secure until you receive them.

What is your return policy?

Refund Policy

We want you to love your new Sparkle Society Pieces, but we will gladly accommodate your request within our policy.

If you wish to request a cancellation, return or exchange, please email us and we will be happy to guide you through the process: returns@sparklesociety.com

 

Cancelation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order you will be able to do so only in the first 24 hours after your order has been confirmed.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of the delivered order, as indicated by courier confirmation. We do not provide refunds.
  • Returns and exchanges must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered. All returns and exchanges require approval. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Sparkle Society box and pouch. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return. 
  • We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
  • To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items. 
  • Sparkle Society is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

 

Final Sale 

  • Engraved or embossed products, custom, and personalized products (including initials, numbers, lettering and birthstones) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
  • Final sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.

 

Charges

  • In any case of return, exchange or cancellation of the purchase, the shipping cost (if paid by the customer) will not be refunded. 
  • The same applies to any tax fees or special insurance fees paid by the customer.

Do you offer certificates of authenticity?

Upon customers' request we can provide a certificate of authenticity.

What type of gold does Sparkle Society use?

We use ethically sourced 14k gold for all of our pieces.

What diamond quality does Sparkle Society use?

Our diamonds range from color scale  G/H and clarity scale VS-SI diamonds for all of our pieces.

Where is Sparkle Society based?

Our main office and showroom is located in Caracas -Venezuela and our fulfillment center for all our online orders is located in Miami - Florida.
